THE NORDIC COUNTRIES
For the first time ever, you get to experience the true Nordic wellbeing and healthy lifestyle in Bangkok when the Nordic Run takes place at Benchakitti Park on 29th of October.
The Nordic Ambassadors will start your Sunday morning together with their partners and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in the stunning scenery of Benchakitti Forest Park.
The run will be either 5km. or 10km. The main is to move so walking is also possible.
P.S. Enjoy post-run snack in the Nordic Village, where you can learn more about our excellent partners.

10K (2 rounds) / 5K (1 round) Starts at 07:00 am.
The running path will cover Benchakitti Forest Park, ensuring a beautiful and scenic run for all participants.
Please bring your own a water bottle from home.
This activity does not involve competition and medals.
This activity has no bib number.
Accident insurance for all participant.
Please wear an activity shirt to attend the event.
Fruit served after the finish line.

Start and finish car park 100 cars (RSVP for VIP, Entrance QSNCC) Benchakitti Forest Park 200 cars free (Entrance Ratchadaphisek Road. before reaching Asoke Intersection)
