International anti-corruption day was born after the United Nations General Assembly (UN) unanimously approved during the 2003 United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC, 2003) on October 31, 2003. 191 United Nations member countries including Thailand participated in signing the United Nations Convention against Corruption 2003 between 9-11 December 2003 in Merida, Mexico. UN has declared December 9th of every year as International Anti-Corruption Day. (International Anti-Corruption Day) for the 2003 United Nations Convention against Corruption has specified cooperation issues. Three important aspects of the state party are:
Preventive measures: Every country must focus on preventing corruption problems first. Criminalization : Every country must treat all forms of corruption as crimes. International Cooperation : All countries must cooperate in making the Convention effective in practice.OBJECTIVE
1. Promote and raise awareness among the people and the nation's youth, encouraging them to unite in the fight against corruption by participating in the International Anti-Corruption Day 2024 charity running competition.
2. Foster a culture of physical activity through walking and running, promoting good health and disease resistance.
3. Generate income from organizing the charity running competition to fund anti-corruption campaigns, protect natural resources and the environment, aid those affected by corruption, and support various public benefit initiatives.
4. Allocate a portion of the charity running competition's income to contribute to the renovation of Ratchamongkol Hall, Suan Luang Rama IX.
